These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Postla platform ("Postla", "we", "us", or "our").
By using Postla, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms govern all use of the Postla platform and all services, features, content, and products available through it (the "Service"). The Service is provided subject to your acceptance of these Terms, along with any additional policies or rules we may publish from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We may update or upgrade the Service from time to time, and these Terms will apply to all updates, upgrades, and modifications.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" in these Terms refers to both you individually and that organisation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your account information accurate and current. You must notify us promptly at admin@postla.my of any unauthorised use of your account.
Postla provides tools to schedule, publish, analyse, manage and collaborate on content distributed to multiple social media and communication channels, including without limitation: a calendar and scheduling engine, media library, analytics, AI-assisted content generation, team and workspace management, and integrations with third-party platforms.
Specific features, channels, and limits depend on the plan you subscribe to and may change from time to time.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, integration, or channel at any time, including where a third-party platform changes or revokes API access. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes that adversely affect paid subscribers.
By purchasing a subscription you authorise Postla (and its third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, annual, or otherwise).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal.
Except where required by law or stated in a refund policy, all fees are non-refundable.
Fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility.
We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
We may offer free plans, trials, or beta/preview features.
These are provided "as is", may be limited, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
"Your Content" means any data, text, images, media, schedules, prompts, or materials you upload or create through the Service.
You retain all ownership rights to Your Content.
You grant Postla a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, and use Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including sending content to third-party platforms you connect.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to use and publish Your Content and that it complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
You agree not to:

Postla integrates with third-party platforms such as social networks and communication tools, including but not limited to: X, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord, Slack, and Telegram.
By connecting a platform, you authorise Postla to act on your behalf in accordance with that platform's permissions.
Your use of third-party platforms is also governed by their own terms:
We are not responsible for third-party platform availability, policy changes, or account actions.
Postla may provide AI-powered features that generate content ("AI Output").
AI Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI Output before use.
We may send prompts and inputs to third-party AI providers to operate these features.
All rights, title, and interest in the Postla platform (excluding Your Content and open-source components) belong to Postla or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.
Open-source components remain governed by their respective licences.
If you submit feedback, you grant Postla a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or compensation.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
